BNS Greenhalgh (F46)

Cmdr. Claudio H. Mello, commanding officer of the Brazilian Navy Ship BNS Greenhalgh (F 46), the first Brazilian Navy ship to integrate in a U.S. strike group, returns to his ship on a ridged hull inflatable boat after a visit aboard the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) during the Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group composite unit training exercise (COMPTUEX). COMPTUEX provides a realistic training environment to ensure the strike group is capable and ready for its upcoming scheduled deployment.
