The Indonesian frigate KRI Karel Satsuit Tubun (KST 356) operates with USCG Cutter Sherman (WHEC 720) during a maneuvering event as part of the at-sea phase of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Seven U.S. and Indonesian Navy ships are operating together.
